Nerang has a diverse range of acreage properties. The most common type of property is on Park Residential -  generally from 1 to 3 acres. Popular streets and areas include Winderadeen Drive, Billabirra Park, Mt Nathan Forest, Lake View Estate. A more rustic style of acreage can be found in the Gaven area. Here the parking of large vehicles is generally accepted, but we recommend that you seek your own advice. This area is very popular because of its proximity to the M1 (Gold Coast - Brisbane Motorway) and the new Westfield Shopping Centre that is Due for Completion Late 2005.
