Although Nerang is one of the oldest suburbs on the coast, development really did not start until the early 1970's. So when we say 'older', this is the era we are referring to. There are still a selection of homes that are older still. Some of these houses have been renovated and are like new again and of course some really need to be renovated. There are plenty of options. These homes are often on your typical ¼-acre block, but land size may in fact range from 600m² to1,200m².
