"The Outlook" as it is known to
locals, is the newer, elevated part of Highland Park. If you are
after a skyline view of Surfers Paradise and the Gold Coast,
this should be one of the first places to look. Most houses
here have a view or aspect of some sort, and of course in
summer the advantage is you catch the cooling sea breezes that
roll in of an afternoon. You will also be able to find a house
with a view in some parts of Carrara, at Pacific Pines, VUE
360 and if you head up into the mountains to Beechmont or
Tamborine you won't be disappointed.
